Health Coaching Packages

These are sample packages only. Everyone has unique health and fitness needs. Therefore, your program should reflect that! Below are sample packages that may be designed with you based on the results of our consultation.

Healthy Habit Building Program
Minimum one month

  • Two meetings, 45 minutes in duration
  • Realistic, short-term goal setting
  • Progress monitoring and appropriate program modification as needed
  • Development and implementation of strategies to overcome obstacles to health
  • Assistance with weekly scheduling of meals and activity
  • Phone, text, and email support in between appointments
  • Self-monitoring tools
  • Attendance in group meetings

One Month Refresher
Offered only after a six month program is completed

  • Two meetings, 30 minutes in duration
  • Goal revision
  • Review and/or revision of strategies
  • Phone, text, and email support in between appointments

Kitchen Clean Out

  • Remove unhealthy food from the home
  • Educational tools for proper food selection
  • Basic grocery list to build a healthy kitchen

Meal Planning and Preparation
Minimum two hours

  • Assistance with recipe selection
  • Grocery list making
  • Weekly meal planning
  • Food preparation in your home

Grocery Assistant
Minimum one hour

  • Healthy grocery list
  • Shopping (with you or for you)
  • Three recipes to start the week

All Health Coaching programs are available as individual, small group, family, community, and workplace wellness programs.

Discounts are provided for packages purchased in three and six month bundles.
