Personal Training Packages

These can be added to a Health Coaching package or purchased individually.

These are sample packages only. Everyone has unique health and fitness needs. Therefore, your program should reflect that! Below are sample packages that may be designed with you based on the results of our consultation.

Base Package

  • 30 minute consultation, including a Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
  • FMS results follow up
  • Customized workout program
  • 45 minute program walk through

Additions

  • 45 minute training session twice weekly
  • 45 minute training sessions three times weekly

Small Group Training

  • Two people, 45 minute training session twice weekly
  • Two people, 45 minute training sessions three times weekly
  • Three people, 45 minute training session twice weekly
  • Three people, 45 minute training session three times weekly
  • Each person must participate in a one on one consultation and FMS

All Personal Training programs are available as individual, small group, family, community, and workplace wellness programs.

Discounts are provided for packages purchased in three and six month bundles.
